Returns

If your phone isn't right for you, you have 30 days from delivery to return it. No questions asked, no restocking fees.

How it works

1. Email us at support@2ndphoneclub.com with your order number.
2. We'll reply within 1 business day with a prepaid USPS shipping label.
3. Pack the phone in its original box with the charger and quick-start guide.
4. Drop it off at any USPS location.
5. Once we receive it (2-5 business days), your full refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 business days.

What qualifies for a full refund

• Phone in the same condition as delivered (normal handling is fine).
• All original accessories included.
• Signed out of iCloud / Google account with no Find My or FRP lock active.

You're still covered by the 12-month warranty for functional issues — see warranty details.
