90 days. If a phone is wrong, we replace it.
You make money when you sell the phone, not when you send it back. So our job is to get it right the first time — and to fix it quickly when we do not.

Common questions
Why do I have to label each phone?
With a label we scan the phone and process it the same day. Without one we have to trace it through software, and that takes weeks.
Can I get money back instead?
No. The guarantee is a replacement phone of a similar model.
Does this cover Ready for Refurb phones?
Those phones are sold with their faults listed, so a listed fault is not a return. These phones can only be diagnosed, not fully tested, until they are repaired. So on about 5% a further fault appears once the work is done, and that is priced in — not a return. If a phone has a fault we could have seen and did not list, contact us.
How long do I have?
90 days from the day your order is delivered.
