12-month warranty

Every phone from 2nd Phone Club is covered for 12 months from the date of delivery.

What's covered

  • Battery failure (e.g. doesn't hold a charge, rapid drain, won't power on).
  • Screen failure not caused by drop/impact damage (dead pixels, unresponsive touch, unexpected flickering).
  • Camera, speaker, microphone, or charging-port failure.
  • Any functional component listed as "passed" during our 70-point inspection that later fails.

What's not covered

  • Accidental damage — drops, water, cracked screens from impact.
  • Cosmetic wear from normal use after delivery.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification.
  • Conditions explicitly called out on the listing (e.g. "Small mark on LCD" is the described condition, not a defect).

How to claim

  1. Email support@2ndphoneclub.com with your order number and a short description of the issue (photos help).
  2. We'll respond within 1 business day with troubleshooting or a prepaid shipping label.
  3. Ship the phone back. We'll repair or replace, typically within 5 business days of receipt.
  4. If a repair isn't possible we'll issue a full refund.

Outside the 12 months

Warranty coverage ends 365 days after delivery. After that, we can often still help with repairs at cost — email us and ask.
