12-Month Warranty

12 months. No asterisks.

Every phone sold by 2ndphoneclub comes with a 12-month warranty starting the day it's delivered. If it stops working for a reason that isn't your fault, we fix it or replace it — no repair shop detours, no third-party middlemen.

What's covered

  • Hardware faults (mainboard, power button, charging port, speakers, camera, biometric sensors)
  • Display defects not caused by impact (dead pixels, backlight failure, touch unresponsiveness)
  • Connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, cellular radios)
  • Factory-level defects we missed at QC

What's not covered

  • Battery health degradation (batteries are consumable components — we disclose health at time of sale)
  • Accidental damage — drops, cracked screens, liquid damage
  • Damage from third-party repairs or modifications after purchase
  • Lost or stolen devices
  • Wear on accessories (cables, adapters)
  • Cosmetic condition disclosed at time of purchase (our grading tells you what to expect)

How to claim

  1. Email support@2ndphoneclub.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. A one-line phone video helps.
  2. We reply within one business day with next steps — usually a prepaid return label.
  3. Ship the device back. On arrival we diagnose within 48 hours.
  4. We repair and return it, or swap it for an equivalent device. Your choice if we can't match the exact model.

The fine print, plainly

Warranty is non-transferable. It applies to the original buyer only. If you sell or give the phone away, the warranty ends. We cover domestic shipping both ways for warranty claims. No international claims accepted — US only.
