1. Use of the site

You may use 2nd Phone Club only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with another user's enjoyment of it.

2. Product availability and pricing

We make every effort to ensure pricing and availability are accurate, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing or cancel orders for listings with obvious errors. If an order is canceled for this reason, you will receive a full refund.

3. Grading and condition

Every phone is graded on cosmetic condition and battery health. Grades are explained on our FAQ page. We stand behind the grade listed — if a phone arrives in materially worse condition than described, our return policy applies.

4. Warranty

Every phone includes a 12-month limited warranty covering functional defects. Full terms are on our Warranty page.

5. Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return a phone for a full refund. See our Returns page for the full process.

6. Intellectual property

All content on 2ndphoneclub.com — text, images, logos, product photography — is the property of 2nd Phone Club and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

2nd Phone Club is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased through it. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the item involved.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
