Your prepaid FedEx label is on its way to the email on your order, usually within 10 minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
- Pack the phone and charger in any sturdy box.
- Print the label, tape it on and drop it at any FedEx location within 14 days.
- We email you when it arrives and again when your refund is sent.
