Should I get the iPhone 15 Pro or the regular iPhone 16?
The 15 Pro has the better screen and camera: a 120Hz ProMotion display (the iPhone 16's is 60Hz), an always-on display and a 3× telephoto lens, which the iPhone 16 doesn't have. The iPhone 16 is a year newer, has the A18 chip and the Camera Control button. Battery is close: up to 23 hours of video on the 15 Pro, up to 22 on the 16. Both get Apple Intelligence. If you care about the camera and a smoother screen, pick the 15 Pro.
Is it worth upgrading from the iPhone 15 Pro to the 16 Pro?
If your 15 Pro's battery no longer lasts the day, yes: the 16 Pro is rated for about 4 more hours of video and is a year newer. If your battery is fine and you don't need 5× zoom, the 15 Pro still does everything well, including Apple Intelligence.
