Premium looks new with battery health 90% or more. Excellent looks new with battery health 80–90%. Good has micro-scratches, Fair shows normal wear. Premium phones use original parts. Value phones use aftermarket parts and the grade names the issue.

What warranty comes with a refurbished phone?

12 months, or 24 months for Club members. Functional faults are repaired or replaced free. Accidental damage is not covered.
